* NO Children NO Extra People unless being serviced.
* Please call or text 678-431-4803 if you have any questions Prior to booking
* It is Highly recommended that you book your appointments up. Our schedule is open monthly for appointments and walk-ins are welcome
**When booking a new set you MUST book soak off or come with bare nails. If you cannot add a soak off to your service please call or text for earlier arrival time.
**Clients Are required to pay 50% of services booked.
** All clients receive a 5-10 min grace period, anything after 11 mins will result in a $10 late fee added to appointment.
** Once you are 20 mins late appointment will need to be canceled or rescheduled.
** If timing permits and appointment can still be performed late fee will be added and services could be cut ( meaning no design just a fill in or no pedicure just a polish change)**
Cancellation Policy
** You have 24 hrs to cancel or reschedule an appointment without the loss of payment. Any cancellation that occurs less than 24hrs will result in FULL Payment kept.
**NO CALL NO SHOW will result in full payment kept and cannot be rescheduled.
**Please understand that this is a business and we operate as such.We make sure that we respect your time and money so please respect ours. We have the right to refuse any one and any service at anytime. Thank You!
COVID/SICK Policy
** All Clients must wear a mask (you can purchase a paper mask for $2 if needed)**
** If you are not feeling well please reschedule and or cancel your appointment with in the 24 hr grace period.
**If you come to your appointment with a fever or are coughing, sniffling, sneezing or showing any signs of sickness your appointment will be cancelled,and you will be charged the FULL amount for the booked appointment and you will be responsible for rescheduling your own appointment.
* Understand that we are still in the middle of a pandemic and keeping your nail appointment even though you’re sick is very selfish and in considerate. I have small children and cannot afford to get myself or my household sick.
